An immersive 24-hour Mindfulness and Equine Retreat - held at the serene and elegant Bingham Riverhouse
About this Event

Sunday 29th March | 12:30pm - Monday 30th March | 4pm

Where the rhythm of the river meets the hush of ancient trees, a rare space is created - one that invites you to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect.

This intimate experience brings together equine-assisted therapy, forest bathing, mindfulness and meditation, and embodied presence - in a shared pursuit of clarity, restoration, and deeper self-awareness.

Co-facilitated by Operation Centaur, whose therapeutic work with horses is internationally acclaimed, and Bhuti at the Bingham Riverhouse - this retreat offers a return to what is quiet and essential within you.

Culinary Moments & Refreshing Interludes
Every meal and drink is crafted to nourish body and spirit, an invitation to taste stillness and serenity.

Two Equine‑Assisted Mindfulness Sessions with Operation Centaur
Guided by the gentle presence of horses, you’ll enter a space of grounded reflection and silent communion, learning lessons of trust, compassion, and courage.

Guided Forest‑Bathing Walk
From the riverside calm of the Bingham Riverhouse into the ancient majesty of Richmond Park, you’ll wander slowly, feet soft on earth, senses alive to moss, birdsong, dappled light and the quiet wisdom of trees, to immerse yourself in nature’s healing embrace.

Yoga, Meditation & Evening Lecture
Morning stretches align with sunrise. Gentle meditation softens the mind. Evening brings a lecture—each element weaving into a tapestry of insight and presence.

Overnight Luxury at Bingham Riverhouse
Retreat to a riverside suite where every detail, from soft linen to glowing light, from flowing water to hushed artistry, beckons deep rest and calm.

Reflection Journal & Nature‑Ritual Kit
A beautifully bound journal for capturing your thoughts, paired with a curated kit of nature‑inspired rituals, becomes a vessel for insight and ongoing awareness

This retreat is for anyone who senses the need to pause - to step back from the busyness of doing and remember the quiet strength of simply being.

It is ideal for those navigating life transitions, seeking to process trauma or emotional fatigue, or wishing simply to feel more deeply and move more slowly.

No prior experience with horses, yoga, or meditation is required. The retreat is open to all.
