Even the Bloom Will Fade Away brings together works by Leïla Guinnefollau and Signe Willersted in a duo exhibition that reflects on the quiet transformations unfolding around us. Through sculpture, installation, drawing, and painting, the artists explore the magical moment between dormancy and bloom - a liminal state of being in between.Suspended forms and animated florals evoke the moment just before emergence, when life lies dormant beneath the soil yet already carries the promise of bloom. The works inhabit a transitional space where growth, imagination, and new life begin to take form.
Leïla Guinnefollau presents a series of suspended sculptures whose shifting colors and gentle movements evoke a floating garden, alongside works from her series Wonder Awaits. Here, objects appear almost frozen in time - held in delicate balance between stillness and movement - while warm colors evoke the atmosphere of spring. The works suggest a space where magic quietly resides within the ordinary rhythms of life.
In dialogue with these works, Signe Willersted presents pieces that explore nature as a continuous rhythm of growth, transformation, and renewal. Willersted approaches the natural world as a living process rather than a static motif. Her floral forms appear almost creature-like - less as representations of plants than as beings that seem to breathe, stretch, and unfold within the space.
