KÖNIG GALERIE presents F.N.J.–K.S.T., a solo exhibition by Berlin-based artist Sven Drühl, featuring over 30 works from 2018–2025. Known for his conceptual approach to landscape, Drühl uses digital renderings, art-historical references, and mathematical models to explore how our idea of nature is shaped by technology and cultural memory. The show includes lacquer and silicone paintings alongside new sculptures from the Dark series, based on manipulated geodata of mountain ranges. These works appear precise and artificial, highlighting a world where landscapes are increasingly experienced through screens rather than direct encounter.
In dialogue with his pieces, Drühl presents selected 19th-century landscape paintings from his personal collection, creating a bridge between past and present ideas of nature.
