Join us this Friday for an evening of connecting to our hearts as dive in deep into love, compassion and, empathy.
? What's in store
?Each participant will be gifted with a heart chakra crystal to work with during the meditation. We will program the crystals prior to our mediation.
?Guided Self Love meditation with light breath work to help us take the dive into exploring our hearts.
?Emersive sound bath to soothe the nervous system and open & balance the heart center.
?Following our meditation during savassana, will be placing healing Reiki energy and vibrational tuning directly on each participants heart chakra to seal the session with Divine love and wisdom.
Reiki is delivered from practitioner to client through touch to help promote healing and wellness within the body. With a combination of healing frequencies, binaural beats, aromatherapy and Reiki you may experience deepened states of mental awareness and relaxing sensations throughout your body.
