Come join us for a heartwarming event where we will explore the beauty of love in all its forms. Whether you're single, in a relationship, or just looking to connect with like-minded individuals, this event is for you! Located in Rottingdean, our gathering will include insightful discussions, interactive activities, and plenty of opportunities to open up your heart. Let's spread love and positivity together! Love is something you may wish for but possibly struggle to allow for. You will be guided as to what may help you find your way to love you, your dreams and others in a way that is right for you.

This will be a workshop to help you open your heart and to discover what the blocks or resistance to giving and receiving love. You will be guided in visualisation, connecting with others, dancing and opening to what your heart dearly wants. These workshops can create new openings and landings in your heart. This may then create new energy for you.

About your host:

Cate Mackenzie is an Accredited Sex and Relationship Therapist who is trauma-informed, and trained in attachment theory, Deep Brain Reorienting, and Internal Family Systems. She appears regularly on podcasts and in the press and was the Dating coach on Channel 4’s “The Undateables”.
