In this class, we hold sacred space to help balance an overactive mind and connect more deeply to the heart or what we may call as our true essence. This group is aimed to support you in tapping into your intuition or inner knowing, and create space for connection within yourself and with others. Enjoy a guided meditation and sound healing with Tibetan singing bowls.
About the host: Randi Beckman is a writer, teacher, and clairvoyant/clairsentient intuitive healer. She enjoys creating healing space for people to tap into greater freedom and expansion within themselves. Ms. Beckman is a licensed therapist, Clinical Hypnotherapist, & Reconnective Healing Practitioner. After earning a MA in International Relations, with an emphasis on human rights, she worked at a non-profit organization with victims of severe trauma including exploited children and victims of human trafficking. She also later received a MA in Social Work from SDSU. She has worked as a mental health therapist for about 15 years. In her practice as a psychotherapist, she gained experience working with clientele facing addictions, traumas, anxiety, phobias, and depression. Her specialty is helping people align with their higher selves or true essence, inspiring others to raise their awareness in their expansion of consciousness, and to experience deeper truth within themselves. In her practice, she helps people to transform using hypnosis, guided meditation, inner child work, parts therapy, and integration work to support reconnective healing and transformation.
