75+ PDX artists @ NW Marine Art Work open their studios to the public for this 2-day holiday shopping event. Enjoy local art, live music, food & drink!NW Marine Art Works (NWMAW) is opening its studios on Saturday, December 7th + Sunday, December 8th, 10am-4pm for its annual Open Studios + Holiday Market. This one of a kind event provides the opportunity to visit the studios where art is created and shop directly from makers this holiday season.
With more than 75 local artists and artisans participating, visitors are sure to find gift items for everyone on their list. From jewelry and apparel to paintings and printmaking, ceramics, photography, sculpture, accessories and housewares — it’s all here.
Warm drinks will be available to ease the chill, but this is a large, industrial building, so be sure to bundle up.
You’ll also want to check out Staver Locomotive’s “Winter Steam Up.” Located just across the street from the studios, and runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
