About this Event
Join Griffin McMath and Jackie Nunnally for Open Studio: Spring Vision Boards, a mid-day workshop held before the Spring Equinox. This experience blends guided visualization with intentional creative design to help you set a clear direction for the season ahead.
This workshop is guided by the principle that visualization activates supportive neural pathways, that novelty increases learning, and that meaningful imagery helps anchor memory and change. Together, these elements make your vision feel more grounded and reachable.
You will move through a short future-self meditation, capture key intentions, and create a board that reflects identity, boundaries, and the symbolic energy of spring. Materials and light snacks are provided. You will leave with a clear identity sentence and one grounded action for the next seventy two hours.
