About this Event
Join us for a four-week, semi-structured creative process designed to nurture creativity and self-acceptance. Rooted in the art therapy open studio model, this format offers a balance of gentle guidance and personal freedom—allowing participants to follow their own creative impulses within a supportive community. Open studio is beneficial because it encourages self-trust, reduces perfectionism, deepens self-awareness, and fosters connection through shared creative space.
Each session includes intention-setting through writing, open art-making simply for the joy of it, reflective writing, and the option to share about your process with the group. No prior art experience is needed—this is a supportive, judgment-free environment. Art supplies, tea, and coffee will be provided.
