Open Rehearsal with Free Public Workshop!

Come watch the magic behind FogoAzul NYC's training sessions and then get a chance to play the drums with the band! Watch our rehearsal and see how we teach music without any music reading requirement! Then spend 45 minutes trying the different drums and learning to play Samba Reggae with the mighty FogoAzul NYC! Part of the Gov­er­nors Island Artists in Residency FogoAzul NYC is part of the pop­u­lar THIRD Sat­ur­days a spe­cial pro­gram held on the third Sat­ur­day of each month through Octo­ber. Bring friends family and food! Grab a blanket and come watch the band learn and then participate! Oh and maybe bring some earplugs too! We're loud!
