Poetry Book Debut & Open Mic Nightwith Steph C. • Author of The Value of Broken Things
Join us for an evening of poetry, storytelling and community during the opening night of PROUD+ 2026 at The Studio Door.
Steph C. debuts her first poetry collection, The Value of Broken Things, a deeply personal work exploring trauma, healing, resilience and transformation through an intimate literary voice. The evening will include a featured book reading, author signing and an open mic welcoming poetry, short stories and spoken word performances.
Whether you are sharing your own work or simply listening, this event invites connection, vulnerability and creative expression within the vibrant atmosphere of San Diego’s Hillcrest LGBTQ+ Cultural District.
