This Open Mic is not just an event.

It is a moment of acknowledgment.

A moment of remembrance.

A moment of responsibility.

We honor the leaders who shaped freedom with their words, their minds, and their refusal to be erased.

We remember the lives lost to racial violence and injustice — whose stories demand that we keep speaking.

This night holds truth, grief, brilliance, resistance, and legacy — all in one room.

We’ve been speaking.

And we are not done.
