School, work, friendships, and expectations can get overwhelming fast. Knowing how to manage stress, set healthy boundaries, and advocate for yourself helps you stay confident and avoid burnout.

This in-person Power Hour is designed to help you understand your limits, communicate your needs, and handle pressure in healthier ways. Through guided discussion and interactive activities, you will practice skills that support your well-being and long-term success.

During this session, you will:

• Learn what healthy boundaries look like in school, work, and life
• Build strategies to manage stress and pressure
• Practice speaking up for yourself respectfully and confidently
• Understand how to say no without guilt
• Gain tools to protect your time, energy, and mental health
