About this Event
No matter what your level of meditation experience, please join us for Wednesday evening open meditation and discussion. Enjoy a tranquil atmosphere where your mind can rest and your spirit can be renewed. The evenings begin with an introductory period for newcomers and continue with meditation and discussion for new and experienced meditators alike. Bring your insights and questions.
We encourage participants to attend in person, as this can make it easier to experience calmness of mind. But if you choose to attend online, a Zoom link will be available at the bottom of your Eventbrite confirmation email.
