- 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Women’s Self-Defense Class Promotions
Celebrate the achievements of our classes and witness our participants' progress as they demonstrate their skills.
- 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM: Adults Jiu-Jitsu Training
Nothing beats Jiu Jitsu outside!

Ralph Dean Park, under the shelter near the skate park.
Potluck Lunch:
Bring a dish to share! This is a great chance to enjoy delicious food and great company as we gather to celebrate our training accomplishments.
