
About this Event
Join us for a gentle and energizing Qigong and Tai Chi class designed especially for beginners.
We’ll start with light warm-ups, then move into meridian stretching to improve circulation, flexibility, and calm the mind. You’ll learn Qigong breathing postures and core-strengthening movements to build energy from within.
Then, you’ll be guided into energy meditation (Jigam)—a powerful Qigong practice to quiet the mind and deepen awareness. We’ll close with simple Tai Chi-style movements to cool down and integrate your experience.
After class, enjoy tea, community sharing, and try our Aura Machine to see your energetic changes before and after the session!
