Canada's Consumer-Driven Banking Act (CDBA) and Payments Canada's Real-Time Rail (RTR) are set to transform the Canadian financial services landscape and create significant opportunities alongside complex implementation challenges.
The CDBA will establish the legislative foundation for secure, consumer directed data sharing, while RTR will introduce centralized fraud mitigation services.
