Our open days are a wonderful way to connect with the Centre for the first time, enjoy time with the community or help to make the day run smoothly.We will have free guided meditations at 12, 1 & 2pm.
We have 3 different food themes for these Open Days, for those who wish to order them:
15th March: Mother’s Day Scones
12th April: American Style Pancakes
7th June: Ice Cream Sunday
You can book below for £4 per person and these will be served at 12.15pm after the meditation.
