Open Conversation: Women in Movement, Physical Activity & Sport Roles

We're bringing together women involved in movement, physical activity and sport roles (paid or voluntary) in St Helens, including coaches, instructors, teachers and session leaders, for a relaxed and honest conversation about what it's really like in the sector.

It's a chance to share your experiences, talk about what's tough, what's working and what kind of support would really help you. No matter how long you've been in the role, your voice matters.

We welcome women from all backgrounds and experiences. This space is about listening, learning from each other and collecting valuable data that will help create real change and understanding. We want to help make entering the sector more welcoming for women and girls, create equitable opportunities and support more women and girls to engage in movement.

Come as you are. No pressure, just real talk with other women who get it.
