🌿 MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS WEEK – OPEN CLASSES 🌿This will be the third year running of our AbleFit community coming together for Mental Health Awareness Week (6 Oct - 12 Oct)💙
These sessions are about more than just training — they’re about connection, support, and showing up together for a cause that matters. Whether you’re a regular, a first-timer, or just want to bring friends or whānau, you are so welcome.
📍 Saturday, October 4th – 6:30am
Functional HIIT Session at Shepherds Park
📍 Sunday, October 12th – 6:30am @ Milford Beach
BoxFit + a special guest appearance by Mal from Roam Movement Studio, guiding us through a 15min movement flow 🧘🏽♀️
Think rejuvenation, grounding, and a much-needed stretch out to wrap up the session.
💪 Let’s train side by side, lift each other up, have a laugh and celebrate the power of community...and let's hope the dolphins make another appearance again this year 🐬✨
