Open Chakra Windows is a seven-part creative wellbeing series inspired by the body’s energy centres, aligned with each New Moon to guide intention, connection, and expression.Each session invites you to pause, explore, and create. Through a blend of guided rituals, artistic expression, and open conversation, you’ll be introduced to the chakra of the day before moving into your own creative flow — whether that’s writing, drawing, movement, photography, or reflection.
Part social gathering, part creative studio, and part self-development experience, these sessions are designed to help you reconnect with yourself while meeting others on a similar journey. Guests are encouraged to dress in the colour of the chakra, enjoy nourishing food and drinks, and immerse themselves in a space that both grounds and inspires.
July's New Moon is the perfect time to begin with the ROOT Chakra and all of the activities will be around being grounded and centred.
