Join the Phoenix Chapter and the City of Peoria as we work together to help get the park and community area ready for the City of Peoria's annual Veterans Day Ceremony at the Rio Vista Veterans Honor Wall. BBQ will be located in the Wagon Wheel Ramadas at 1:00pm before our Op Legacy begins. Come check in, pick up your TMF shirt and enjoy some lunch provided by the Military Affairs Committee.
Tasks include - rake rock and garden beds, sweep pathways and deck clean up, polish and clean memorial walls, help set up flags along pathway and other projects to help with set up of the next day services.
Plenty of different jobs to do, family friendly.
Tools and gloves, BBQ and water will be provided by TMF.
Must register to attend, head count needed for purchasing food.
