OoRah Leadership: Tip of the Spear Transformation

This full-day training is built to strengthen leadership, mindset, and team culture from the inside out. The morning session focuses on how trust is formed, what drives high-performing teams, and how psychological safety creates an environment where people can communicate, grow, and succeed together.

In the afternoon, participants move into The Ideal Team Player framework, exploring humility, emotional intelligence, hunger for growth, and the awareness needed to lead effectively. Grounded in the idea that leadership is influence, the training challenges each person to reflect honestly on their role in shaping team culture — whether they are helping it thrive or holding it back.

The day concludes with a Warrior ethos and “Tip of the Spear Transformation,” emphasizing personal accountability, growth, and practical steps toward becoming an exceptional, highly functional team. Participants will leave empowered, engaged, and committed to raising the standard of both leadership and performance.
