Chef Thoa's answer: "Growing up in the community on Federal, I had the opportunity to see the community grow. Being surrounded by people who celebrate the lunar new year, created a very unified Asian community. For me, it always felt like a time of the year when families can come together to celebrate the previous year and the new year (not to mention the awesome food). My dad always said it was a great time for self-reflection and growth."
