Our theme this year is Words Matter. The words we say to ourselves and others hold such a critical impact on our mental health. Let's change the conversation!Join us for a FREE in-person event in Phoenix, Arizona for a night of wellness, story sharing, art, interactive stations, candle-lighting and more.

Come early for a ticketed Sound Healing experience led by Elevate Yoga. All funds raised will be donated directly to our nonprofit partner.

3:00-4:00 pm Ticketed Sound Healing Experience with Elevate Yoga
4:00-8:00 pm Free Stay; Event with programming that includes:
