This is the AFTERNOON Offering (there is another event post for the morning offering) Mala Making Workshop – Create with Intention, Meditate with Purpose, Gift with Love!!
As we move toward the heart of the holiday season, I invite you to join us for a beautiful and intentional gathering — a Mala Making Workshop at Harmony Hands Healing Center.
Malas have been used for thousands of years as sacred tools for meditation and mindfulness. Traditionally made with 108 beads, each one represents a mantra, breath, or intention — helping to calm the mind, open the heart, and deepen spiritual connection.
During this workshop, you’ll:
= Learn the history and spiritual purpose of malas
= Explore the meanings and energies of crystals and gemstones
= Be guided step-by-step to create your own hand-knotted mala
= Infuse it with your personal affirmation, prayer, or healing intention
= Experience a Mala Meditation together using your newly created Mala
You’ll leave not only with a stunning mala — but with something much deeper: peace, connection, and the joy of creating something sacred with your own hands.
These malas also make incredibly thoughtful, energy-filled Christmas gifts — a piece of love and intention that lasts far beyond the holidays.
