(ONLY 3 SPACES)*CRYSTAL BOWL SOUND HEALING & Candlelight Yin Yoga *

I will be offering you 1 hour 45 minutes of total relaxation and bliss! I invite you to treat yourself and join me for a soothing Candlelight Yin Yoga, followed by Crystal Bowls sound healing session which will be grounding, centring, uplifting and accelerating experience for you.
Knowing how important it is to slow down and just be myself, to start with, we will move through a relaxing Yin Yoga. Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine (focusing on connective tissue), with asanas (postures) that are held for longer period of time (between 1-5 minutes) enabling the body to settle fully. We will be connecting with different elements, as well as meridians (channels) in our body.
We will then continue our evening by relaxing crystal bowls sound healing journey, connecting with our chakras (our energy centres), different frequencies and vibration. Sound creates a beautiful frequency and intent which brings on the healing. At the end, you will feel grounded, calm and relaxed.

More instruments will be used if suitable for the session.
Please bring a pillow and blanket and anything you need to get comfortable. Also, feel free to bring bolster and any other yoga props such as blocks and a strap.
Herbal tea will be served after the session to create the further relaxation in your body and mind.
The session is going to be small, and therefore, I am only offering 10 spaces.

Instructions
Please bring a pillow and blanket and anything you need to get comfortable. Also, feel free to bring bolster, eye pillow and any other yoga props such as blocks and a strap. Water bottle and comfortable clothes.
Note: The session isn't suitable for anyone suffering with epilepsy, pregnancy (1st trimester), anyone with metal plate in the body. Please ensure to fill in the medical form if you are joining my class for the first time.
