Welcome to Yogasmiths Online Yoga class!Upon purchase you will receive an email with the Zoom meeting ID for you to use to access this on-line class. Please make a note of this meeting ID. You will also be sent an email containing the meeting ID but please ensure to make a note upon purchase.

We teach a 90 minute Traditional Hatha Yoga class including posture work, breathing exercises and finishing with a lovely guided relaxation.
Yogasmiths are British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance trained teachers, fully insured through the British Wheel of Yoga.
We teach a staged approach to the yoga postures to ensure the classes are inclusive for all abilities.
These classes are pay as you go for £8 per 90 minute online yoga class.
