How to come out of a hurt inner child and grow up emotionally?
About this Event

It often happens that we are just small children in adult bodies.

Children who did not receive enough love, attention, lacked closeness and security.

We react to certain situations in the same way we did when we were small.

Whenever we don't get something – we get angry, blame everything and everyone.

When things don't go well, we give up on everything and complain about how unfair the world is.

Even though we grew up - that inner child still lives inside of us.

And he is still very much hurt.

When there are painful events in our childhood and we are not yet capable of dealing with it - we suppress those feelings and get stuck in them.

And then, whenever similar situation happens that triggers those feelings - we “loose our mind” and react out of that wounded child’s position.

Our reaction reminds of a 7 year old even though we are 40..

Then, we regret what we said, we regret what we did and blame ourselves for this behaviour.

These reactions are automatic. And to change them, we need to accept that inner child’s part of ourselves that is hurt.

We need to take care of him, to meet those needs that he is trying desperately to fulfil and teach him new ways of living.

In this course we will talk about:

What is an inner child?

How does the inner child manifests in us?

How our unsatisfied childhood needs cause us to be reactive?

How does it manifest in all areas of our lives?

What is the difference between a person who chooses his reactions consciously and a person who reacts automatically out of a hurt inner child?

Getting stuck at a certain age and how to come out of it?

The inner parts that live within us.

Taking responsibility. (For yourself, your life, your happiness)

Reparenting process
