Join Faatima for a special virtual 90 minute Self Care Sunday Sound Bath Meditation. We will journal and set intentions for 2025, do some gentle yoga and breath work and meditate to healing sound vibrations. Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat, your journal and a pen. Don't forget to bring your favorite beverage to celebrate!
Benefits of sound bath meditation include stress relief, improved sleep, blood pressure, immune system, memory and optimism.
Join Faatima from the comfort of your own home for a relaxing and healing experience. Faatima works with crystal singing bowls, chimes, ocean drums, rain sticks and more!
How to Join: This event will take place via Zoom. Registered attendees will receive the Zoom meeting link in the confirmation email. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early. We will start promptly at 2:30pm PST. Doors close at 2:40pm PST to avoid interrupting the meditation.
How to Prepare: Find a quiet and comfortable place where you will not be disturbed. You will be lying down for about 45 minutes. Create a sacred space by dimming the lights and burning a candle or incense. Feel free to have your favorite essential oil and crystal nearby. You can lie down on a yoga mat, your floor, sofa or bed. Bring water, a pillow(s) and blanket. An eye pillow and journal are optional. Earbuds or headphones are recommended for an optimal, sound immersion experience.
