About this Event
Join the National Hellenic Museum’s Online Book Club!
Facilitated by NHM's Resident Scholar Dr. Katherine Kelaidis, each month the NHM Online Book Club chooses a book that is either inspired by the Hellenic legacy or by a Greek American author (and sometimes both!). Then we gather to discuss the book on Zoom.
Book Club is free to join and meets on the third Thursday of each month at 7 PM CST
In April, we will be discussing by Lena Divani .
More about Seven Lives and One Great Love :
Lena Divani’s Seven Lives and One Great Love is a charming, witty tale narrated by an unconventional protagonist—a cat named Zacharias. As the feline recounts his seven lives, he observes human foibles, the nature of love, and the peculiarities of human existence with humor and insight. The novel blends fantasy and philosophy, offering a whimsical yet deeply reflective meditation on life’s complexities. Divani’s playful narrative invites readers to consider life’s meaning from a fresh, feline perspective.
