This online bibliotherapy book club provides a safe and welcoming space for readers to delve into powerful narratives that illuminate diverse lived experiences.
Each month, we select a thought-provoking book that delves into these themes, with conversations that foster a sense of "holy heck, I'm not alone" amongst participants.
Share your insights, reflections, and personal connections to the book's themes in a place that we call neurodivergent land. This means that tangential conversations are encouraged and sometimes it delves into a show and tell too. You have a new hyperfixation you want to info dump about? Go right ahead!

- You don't have to leave your house.
- You get to talk about books with really interesting and thought provoking humans that will give you a sense that not all humans are the worst.
- There's nothing like a time limit and sense of urgency to actually get a book read
- There's no need to mask so it can be as low demand and low energy as you like, or you can give us the razzle dazzle - it's up to you.
- Participation looks however it looks. You can have your camera and mic on or off, or come in and out sporadically. You can engage as much or as little as you, and you don't have to say sorry for interrupting when you have a thought you have to share immediately otherwise you'll forget it!

1. Do I have to read the whole book to participate?
Not at all! While reading the book will give you more to discuss, you’re welcome to join even if you haven’t finished—or started—the book. Conversations often extend into personal experiences and tangential topics, so there’s always something to contribute.
2. What’s the vibe like?
This is a neurodivergent-friendly space where participation looks however you need it to. Tangents, info dumps, and even show-and-tell moments are welcome. Whether you’re low-energy or ready to dazzle, this is your space to engage authentically.
3. Do I have to have my camera or mic on?
Nope! You can keep your camera and mic off, join sporadically, or simply listen in. Engage as much or as little as you like—there’s no pressure and no expectations.
4. What if I interrupt by accident or go on a tangent?
No apologies needed! Sharing spontaneous thoughts or following tangents is encouraged. This is a space where neurodivergent communication styles are embraced.
5. How do I join?
Once you sign up, you’ll receive an invitation with the details to join our online meeting (usually on the day of the event because I'm a last minute girly). Participation is casual, and you can drop in whenever it suits you.
6. Can I suggest a book for future meetings?

7. What if I have anxiety about joining a group like this?
This is a no-pressure, no-judgment space. You’re welcome to join just to listen, and there’s no obligation to speak if you don’t want to. You can participate however feels comfortable for you.
