Open to students and teachers of all levels and experience. This intensive can also serve as Part One of a 200-hour training, with Part Two (100 hours) taking place in Vancouver in July.
About the Training:
Join us for a transformative 100-hour Yoga Training Intensive designed to deepen your practice, expand your understanding of classical yoga philosophy, and immerse yourself in chanting, pranayama, classical vinyasas, inversions, and thoughtful modifications using props.

- Dani Hébert – Co-Owner of One Yoga, Founder of The Embodied Path & The Yoga Initiative
What’s Included (if accommodations + meals are selected):
- Gourmet, fresh vegetarian meals – light breakfast, lunch, and supper, plus tea, coffee, and snacks throughout the day

Training Cost Only (no accommodations or meals):
- $1,200
- All participants must register for the training first. After registration, contact us separately to arrange accommodations if desired.

- Private Rooms: $2,000
(These prices are in addition to the $1,200 training fee. Transportation is not included; carpooling may be possible with community members.)
