One Year On with the FCA: What’s Changed and What’s Next

Following our previous roundtable with the Financial Conduct Authority, described as “a breath of fresh air”, we’re bringing the conversation back to the South West for a timely update.

Over the past year, the FCA has continued to evolve its approach to innovation, with expanded support for firms across the lifecycle, from early-stage ideas through to scaling and market entry.

This session will cut through the noise to focus on what has actually changed including developments in areas such as AI, innovation pathways, sandbox access, and the broader regulatory environment and what that means in practice for firms today.
