We’ll start at noon with gentle stretching and yoga followed by One World Peace meditation. Then a light snack.

Dances of Universal Peace will be from 2 to 4.

Local musicians welcome. See the Mystic Dance Caravan page for videos of our circle dances. Simple meditative movement to instantly access the heart. We dance celebrating the many spiritual traditions of the world. 

No partner or experience needed. Join with your heart and that's all you need.
