Hi Newbury! I’m John, a BACP registered counsellor. After hearing from so many young people saying ‘I want to be with people without the pressure to talk,’ I created One Small Step.
One Small Step is a social anxiety support group for young people aged 16+ in Newbury, Berkshire. Our sessions provide a safe, judgment-free space where you can connect with others at your own pace.

- 7pm - 8:30pm
- The Waterside Centre, Newbury, Berkshire
- Tea, coffee, and snacks provided
All welcome. Come as you are. No pressure.
