FORMAT DESCRIPTION
Experience the fun of sealed format! In Sealed format, players each open a set number of booster packs from specified sets, and build their decks using only the cards they open. Unlike standard play, you can ignore the normal deck building colour restrictions based on your leader and can include cards of any colour in your deck, and there are additional special rules for deckbuilding.
After opening 6 packs, players build a 40-card deck, and a 10 DON!! card deck (please bring 10x DON!! Cards to participate in the event). For this event, all players will use the rainbow Luffy provided at the event as their Leader card. There are no banned or restricted cards, and players can include as many copies of cards with the same card number as they like. There is no 4-card limit and 5 or more copies of a card with the same card number can be included in decks. Any cards left over from deck construction are treated as sideboard cards.
Cards not used in decks are treated as sideboard cards. In-between games, players can exchange cards in their deck with cards in their sideboard. Players can exchange as many cards between deck and sideboard as they like, so long as they have a legal number of cards in their deck.
Players can keep any cards they open in packs.
SIDE EVENT: THE ORDEALS OF THE UPPER YARD
High above the clouds lies Upper Yard, the sacred battleground of the Skypiea Arc. In the story, intruders are forced to survive deadly challenges known as the Ordeals, each overseen by one of Enel’s priests. During our OP-15 Pre-Release, players will have the opportunity to test themselves against these trials!
At any point during the event - between rounds, during breaks, or after the tournament - each player may attempt one Ordeal of Upper Yard. All players who attempt an ordeal will receive a reward, but those who overcome their trial will earn additional spoils. The Ordeals are…

More details about each individual Ordeal will be revealed during the event! At the conclusion of the event, one lucky participant will be randomly selected to win a One Piece Card Game OP-15 Booster Box! Every player who attempts an ordeal receives one entry into the drawing, while players who successfully complete their ordeal receive a second entry.
Choose wisely, test your courage, and see if you can survive the Ordeals of Upper Yard. Only the bold will earn the favor of the sky!
PRIZING
Participating players will receive a P-115 Boa Hancock promo card, a rainbow Luffy Leader Card for use in the event, and a OP15-EB04 Release Event Pack while supplies last. The Event Winner will receive a P-115 Boa Hancock with Release Event Winner gold stamp. Additionally, all players will receive additional prizing through our “The Ordeals of Upper Yard” side event.
