🇭🇺 August 20 – Hungarian dinner at IÐNÓ 🇮🇸For one night only, we’re leaving the food truck and setting the table.
To celebrate Hungary’s national day and Menningarvika, we’re cooking a proper Hungarian dinner.
Five courses. Classic dishes. Real ingredients. No shortcuts.
The menu:
- Beef tartare, duck liver pâté, smoked sausage mousse with sourdough and pickled onion
- Tarragon chicken soup with veggies and cream
- Ocean perch in paprika sauce with dill cottage cheese dumplings and crispy bacon
- Confit duck breast, cabbage strudel, plum and red wine sauce
- Somlói trifle: walnut, vanilla cream, rum chocolate sauce, raisins
