The West Seneca Chamber of Commerce will hold its next one-minute networking event from 9 to 10 a.m. Monday, May 11, at United Church Manor, 50 North Ave., West Seneca. Doors will open at 8:45 a.m. and light refreshments will be provided. The event is open to both Chamber members and nonmembers, and reservations are required.
At these casual, comfortable and productive meetings, participants have approximately one minute to introduce themselves and give a brief update on their business or organization. In addition to having a one-minute spotlight, attendees have extra time to network with other business and organizational leaders following the meeting. Participants are invited to bring business cards and/or promotional items to share with guests.
“Our One-minute Networking events continue to be very successful in generating new business and creating business-to-business opportunities,” said Joe Kirchmyer, executive director of the West Seneca Chamber of Commerce. “The fact that we can hold these events at member businesses — enabling them to showcase their facilities to other community leaders — is an added bonus.”
