We are celebrating the 50th Anniversary of One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, which was filmed at Oregon State Hospital! Doors will open at 6pm. Museum founder Hazel Patton and Dennie Brooks will be on hand to greet guests and Jim Diegel, the Interim Superintendent of the Oregon State Hospital will speak about the hospital’s partnership with the museum.
We will also have museum merch available for purchase to help support our important mission!
Come support the Museum of Mental Health and Salem Cinema and enjoy a film that is one of only three films to ever win the top five academy awards.
