Just by talking and connecting with others, we can raise ours and others' vibration .Our thoughts and emotions comprise energy that vibrates at different frequencies - higher vibrations are associated with positive qualities such as love, joy, peace, and health, while lower vibrations are linked to negative states like fear, anger, sadness, and illness.
