When the Heart Remembers Its Song
A journey into breath, belonging, and the remembered wisdom of the heart
“so sing yourself to where the singing comes from”
— Seamus Heaney
In a time of overwhelm, conflict, and rapid change, this workshop offers a space to return to the quiet intelligence of the heart — the inner rhythm that remembers who we are beneath stress, shock, and survival mode.
Through breathwork, gentle sound, nervous system regulation, guided storytelling, creative expression, and Global Social Witnessing, we will reconnect with presence, coherence, and embodied belonging.
Together we will explore how:
* the body holds experience
* the heart stabilizes and restores coherence
* creativity reawakens resilience and imagination
* Global Social Witnessing helps us meet world events with compassion rather than overwhelm
This restorative session will support you to:
* soften out of fight–flight–freeze
* ground into safety and embodied truth
* transform emotion through creative expression
* reconnect with community and shared humanity
* remember your heart’s natural rhythm and inner guidance
You will leave with simple, practical tools and a renewed sense of connection — within yourself, with others, and with the wider world.
