About this Event
This is a fun all day workshop held by guest tutor Jo Richards, of Faye benjamin jewellery.
Jo specialises in silver clay jewellery as well as teaching silver clay jewellery workshops.
The workshop day is a small sociable group of 8 people learning how to texture and shape precious metal clay, creating interesting and unique pieces of jewellery.
Jo will work through the steps to roll, texture and cut your clay designs, before drying and fusing the clay into fine silver jewellery ready to take home.
The cost of the workshop is £75, plus £25 for materials. The materials cost is payable to Jo on the day.
The workshop is from 10am to 4pm, please arrive at 9.45am. We will have a 30 minute break for lunch. Please bring lunch with you and wear a pair of closed in shoes, tea and coffee will be provided.
