One-Day Retreat with Horses | Finding Your Flow

Join us for a One-Day Retreat with horses!

Experience the gentle nature and wisdom of horses to help you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and get into the flow.

Join our retreat to reset and refresh your sense of peace and ease.

Led by Georgetown University Certified leadership coaches Rose Stanton and Wencke Meteling.

We will also have a dedicated time to experience Qi Gong--a holistic health and wellbeing practice--as a way to find your flow with instructor James Foulkes.

You will leave feeling reconnected with nature and yourself.

No horse experience required. This retreat happens on the ground (we don't ride the horses).

SCHEDULE

9:45 -- Arrive / Coffee

10:00 – Welcome and settling in with nature

10:30-11:15 – Qi Gong with James Foulkes

11:20 -11:45 – Sharing territory with the herd

12:00 -- Lunch

12:45-1:30 – Time with horses one-on-one to experience flow

2:15 – Closing
