About this Event
A one-day retreat rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Katonah Yoga.
On March 15th, we gather in Berlin for a full day of practice, nourishment, and rest, created to support the body through seasonal transition and gently reset the nervous system.
What’s included:
– Opening and grounding, with a welcome herbal tea to arrive and settle
– Katonah-informed yoga practice with @bysarahisabel
– Nourishing brunch and seasonal food by @introvert.berlin
– Mindful matcha ritual with @atelierkyo
– Afternoon snack
– Blue lotus tea, followed by meditation and yoga nidra
– An intimate group setting
