One Day Introduction to the Alexander Technique
This One-Day Workshop introduces participants to the theory and practice of the Alexander Technique. Learning how you can apply the simple principles of Alexander’s work to your daily life activities can help you rediscover your natural freedom and ease of movement, and significantly support and improve your general well-being. People of all ages, from different walks of life can benefit from learning this practical life skill, and everyone is welcome.
No previous experience of the Alexander Technique is required.
