One Day Embodied Retreat – Cared for from the inside outThis one-day retreat is a gentle invitation to slow down, come back into your body, and be deeply cared for, without pressure to fix, heal, or become anything else.
The day unfolds at a human pace, allowing your nervous system to settle before we move into a heart-opening cacao ceremony and a guided StarDance journey.
Movement is intuitive and spacious, followed by time to land, rest, and integrate through meditation and sound healing.
After ligh-lunch and quiet reflection, the afternoon offers a soft future-orientation practice, not about changing who you are, but about sensing what you want to nourish next. We close with journalling, intention-planting, and a spacious circle that honours where you are now.
This retreat is for anyone who feels tired, over-stretched, or simply ready to reconnect with themselves from the inside out, gently, honestly, and without overwhelm.

WHAT TO BRING:
Please come prepared to be comfortable and at ease.
Bring:
• Comfortable, loose clothing suitable for gentle movement
• Warm layers (the body cools during rest and sound healing)
• A water bottle
• A notebook or journal and a pen
• An open, curious presence, nothing else is required
Yoga mats, cushions and blankets will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
ARRIVING & TIMING:
Doors open at 9:00am for a gentle arrival window.
The retreat begins promptly at 9:30am.
Please arrive on time.
Late arrivals disturb the shared field settling that is intentionally created at the start of the day. For this reason, late entry will not be permitted once the opening has begun.
This is part of the care we offer to the whole group.

If you are unable to attend after booking, your payment may be transferred as a credit toward another service at The Healing Temple, to be used within two months of the retreat date.
Credits are non-transferable and must be arranged in advance.
CACAO & SOUND HEALING – IMPORTANT NOTE:
This retreat includes a ceremonial cacao drink and a sound healing session.
Cacao is not suitable for people who are:
Pregnant
Taking antidepressants (SSRIs or MAOIs)
Have serious heart conditions or very high blood pressure
Sensitive to stimulants.
Sound healing may not be suitable for those with:
Sound-induced epilepsy
Certain severe psychiatric conditions
Recent concussion or sound sensitivity
If you are unsure whether cacao or sound healing is appropriate for you, please contact us before booking. Participation in all activities is always optional, and alternative support will be offered where possible.
