You will learn a BEGINNER LEVEL chair dance routine that will get your heart pumping body sweating and allow you to tap into the true confidence that comes from embracing and embodying your femininity and sensuality. Get ready to Sweat Laugh and feel SEXY AF.
11:15 AM - 11:25 AM:
The class Showcase. This is when we all get a chance to perform and hype each other up!
11:25 AM – 11:30 AM:
Self-love stretch and class closing.

* Attire: This experience focuses on OWNING your femininity and enjoying how incredible that feels. No Judgement. No expectations. No rules. Wear sexy and comfortable clothes. Yoga pants booty shorts tank tops sports bras crop tops and t-shirts all work really well. Avoid too loose or too baggy clothes so they don't get caught in the chair as we move. Fishnets bodysuit thigh highs and other sexy accessories however are highly recommended.
* Shoes: You may dance bare feet in socks or sneakers. Heels are optional and should have ankle support or ankle straps like stiletto or Latin Booty Dance shoes. We usually practice without heels then later put on the heels to showcase what we learned.
* Knee pads are optional. In most songs we are not on our knees but in some we are.
** Bring a bottle of water.
