Program: Significant changes to health care are coming in 2026 now that the One Big Beautiful Bill Act of 2025 (OBBBA) is a reality. This event will unpack the provisions included in Legislative package H.R.1: Subtitle B - Health; Chapters 1, 2, 3, & 4. Our expert panelists will focus on the most significant impacts to Providers and what Healthcare and IT can do to prepare and assist in this transformation.
Topics will include the Rural Healthcare Transformation Program, Community Engagement Requirements, Medicaid Eligibility, the Moratorium on certain Medicaid and CHIP rules, managing uninsured populations, Food Nutrition Programs, and Home and Community Based Services and other related issues.
