Authentic Relating offers a framework for authentic healthy and fulfilling conversations, and beyond that, it is a tool that you can practice to feel empowered in your relationships.
Indeed, Authentic Relating is not just theory. If your heart is open and your intuition are your guides in normal times; you will be totally amazed. Your own βcompassβ in addition to this framework will transform your life.
If you are on a path of self-discovery, these workshops will be your opportunity to learn more about your Self.
>WHO IS IT FOR:
- Adults
- All levels of Authentic Relating experience welcome.
- You have the capacity to sit on the floor as we will sit on the ground. Chairs will be available too.
- You have an open mind, you are a little curious
- You are willing to reveal yourself while also standing for yourself
- You are perhaps shy and introverted and want to be guided safely or you are extraverted though want to improve your relational skills in a safe space
> WHY ATTENDING?
- You want to build connections, make new friends, expand your network
- You want to be present for an experience of 'connection' without any agenda about the future
- You want to enjoy yourself (you want some fun - yes it is part of it!)
- You want to learn how to improve your relational skills in real life and attract people intentionally through the way your communicate

- You want to be part of a community with people who have similar intentions and share similar values
- You want to be seen, appreciated for who you are, not for what you pretend to be, to make others comfortable

More About Me
Hello! I am Nathalie.
I was totally numb and unable to feel anything until my late 30s. I experienced a severe crisis (will illness, Crohn's Disease and other autoimmune disorders) that forced me to face myself.
Since then, I have changed my approach to Life. Since then, I have experienced multiple challenges and been willing to surrender to their blessings.
Out of those challenges, I started to dance in public and then became a Ecstatic Dance Facilitator ...
A head injury (concussion) stopped me from dancing and listening to music, this is when I dived into my mission as a Nutritionist for complex digestive issues.
I would say that the Dark times have so far been a message to step into my truth...
Awareness, a devotion to self-realisation, unconditional self-love, a willingness to show up in integrity, a willingness to be true to myself are what make my life a more meaningful journey.
I keep evolving and learning. I am far to be perfect. Though I am dedicated. I am committed.
The practice of AR has given me some tools to feel empowered in 'relation' to another.
